    A: No, but why would you want to miss out on all the RAMA membership benefits?

Q. I am entering a campaign, but can I enter individual pieces from a campaign to be judged on its own merit?

A: Yes, make sure you sent a copy of each individual piece with its own entry form and fee to be judged.

Q: Do I have to use the official RAC entry form?

A: Yes, each entry must have its own two-sided form to be judged.

Q: Do the judges take results into account or is this just a beauty contest?

A: Yes, this year the judges will be examining the results as part of the criteria for scoring each entry. For more information on the criteria click here.

Q: How is an entry judged?

A: A panel of industry experts who will independently score every entry based on the stated criteria will review each entry. Those entries that score highest will move on to the second round. A second set of judges will review and independently score each entry again to determine winners and finalists. Finalists will be announced by late November and posted on the RAMA Website, www.rama-nrf.org.

Q: What happens if my entry is selected as a finalist?

A: All finalists will be announced by late November and posted on the RAMA website. All print finalists will be asked to submit a mounted copy of the entry on black board to be displayed on the winners and finalists display at RAC. Also RAMA will request the names of team members and suppliers who should be given credit in the winners and finalists handout distributed after the Gala Awards Evening, Feb. 5th.

Q: I am entering the television category do I need bars and slates?

A: Yes, you can place a slate and bars on the front of the tape. If you are entering a campaign please place TWO seconds of black in-between the spots.

Q: I am entering print work; does it need to be mounted?

A: No, but you can mount the work if you'd like. About 40% of the work comes in mounted on black board. If your work is selected as a finalist you will be asked to submit a second copy of the print mounted for the RAC Awards Display.

Q: I don't know the sales volume what should I do?

A: Sales volume is mandatory for each entry category except for shopping centers and vendor produced ads. If sales volume is omitted from the form RAMA will move the entry to the largest category to compete.

Q: What do I win?

A: A RAC trophy and recognition among your peers and clients. During the Gala dinner all winners and finalists will be shown along with the credits that are submitted. All winners and finalists will be featured in a handout distributed after the dinner with photos and credit given.
